Bridget is an experienced yoga instructor passionate about communicating the healing benefits of yoga to her students. The Texas native graduated from Oklahoma City University before moving to Chicago in 2012, where she trained with Diana Oppenheim at Corepower Yoga. Now with over 5 years of experience, Bridget is currently working on her 500-hour certification with Tiffany Cruikshank and Yoga Medicine.
Her Vinyasa, Hot, and Restorative classes are guided by anatomical focus and uniquely blend modern movement science with elements of the traditional practice of yoga. Bridget has led teacher trainings and workshops throughout Chicago.
She is a classically trained opera singer, and writes the blog “Meditation and Melismas,” which explores the benefits of yoga specifically for classical singers.
